“Underground voices” is a collection that captures the energy and the power generated from underprivileged positions. From displacement, immigration, discrimination, abuse to more personal journeys of re-discovering and empowerment.
Philosophical and poetical, the pieces of this collection compel to our human nature, reaching to touch your soul.
Maintaining the cuban Iconography, Tatoos and collages on an oil painted canvas, this collection has moved from the previous “Handmade” and venture into a more experimental field with the incorporation of sculptures, installation and enclosed displayed pieces, the use of other materials like clear acrylic, carved plastic surfaces, metal and real insects
